Yoga Therapy (IAYT) is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of yoga


Classes are designed so that they accommodate all participates regardless of body shape, size, or physical ability. All yoga poses can be modified for any person and can accommodate most physical ailments.
